Assistant Name

Customize your chatbot’s name to match your brand or create a unique personality.

Configuration

  • Default: “AAIA”
  • Custom Name: Enter any name up to 50 characters
  • Brand Integration: Use your company name or a branded assistant name

Best Practices

  • Memorable: Choose a name that’s easy to remember and pronounce

Assistant Avatar

Upload a custom image to represent your chatbot visually.

Technical Requirements

  • Format: PNG, JPG, or SVG
  • Size: Recommended 64x64 to 128x128 pixels
  • File Size: Maximum 1MB
  • Style: Square format works best
