- Misrepresentation : If the plugin's features or functionality were materially misrepresented in our marketing materials, and the plugin does not perform as advertised, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:

Refund Evaluation

Refund Process

Access Revocation
Upon receiving a refund, you will lose access to the paid features of the plugin, including updates and premium support, and will revert to the free version. Any content created using the paid features may no longer be accessible.
